I arrived in the early afternoon, and took a taxi to the hotel, arriving around 12:15pm. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

When I arrived back at 10:30pm, I was offered a dirty room that reeked of cigarette smoke (blood and some sort of black dirt on the sheets, food on the curtains, dead fly on the ceiling, clumps of someone else's hair in the bed and on the toilet seat).
